Polish Sausage and Cabbage Soup Recipe

4 cups packaged coleslaw mix with carrots
1 large onion,chopped
2 teaspoons caraway seeds,crushed
1 pound cooked Polish sausage,halved lengthwise and cut into
1/2″ slices
4 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
Methods:
In a 3 1/2 to 6 quart slow cooker place potatoes,coleslaw mix,onion,caraway seeds and sausage. Pour broth over all.Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours.
