Ingredients:

2 lbs. beef stew in 1 inch pieces
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 C. dry red wine or beef broth
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms

Methods:

Combine all ingredients in the Crockpot.Stir well to mix.Cover and cook on low for 8 – 10 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
